Mission Statement
Michigan Select Baseball exists to build players for the next level, on the field, in the classroom, and beyond.
We combine real coaching experience, proven development tools, and a standard of ATTITUDE, EFFORT, ALWAYS to prepare every athlete for college baseball and the character it takes to get there.
Our Core Values
- ATTITUDE - How a player carries himself matters as much as how he plays. We coach players to compete with confidence, handle failure without excuses, and represent themselves, their team, and their family the right way, every time.
- EFFORT - Talent gets you noticed. Effort gets you developed. We expect every player to bring full effort to every rep, every game, and every offseason, because that's what separates players who make it from players who almost did.
- ALWAYS - Standards don't take days off. Attitude and effort aren't things we turn on for game day, they're how our players are expected to operate all the time, in practice, in the classroom, and in life.
- FAMILY - Michigan Select is bigger than our teams. It's coaches who stay invested long after a player moves on, alumni who come back to give what was given to them, and families who trust us with something that matters. We take that seriously, on and off the field.
